By placing an order with yourdesignerwithin, you agree to these Terms of Service. The business is operated by yourdesignerwithin, 13936 NY-31, Albion, NY 14411, USA.
yourdesignerwithin provides digital design services including but not limited to: brand identity design, website design, UI/UX design, landing page design, design systems, and website redesign. All deliverables are provided digitally as Figma files, design specifications, and exported assets.
Orders are placed and paid via Stripe Checkout. Payment is due in full before project work begins. Once payment is confirmed, we will contact you within 1-2 business days to begin the project intake process.
Estimated delivery timelines are provided per package at time of purchase. Timelines are estimates and assume timely client feedback (within 48 hours of each review request). Delays in client response may extend delivery timelines proportionally. See our Delivery Policy for full details.
Upon full payment and delivery, you receive full ownership of the final delivered design files. yourdesignerwithin retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing. Third-party assets used in designs (stock photography, fonts, icons) remain subject to their respective licences.
Each package includes a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the package limit are available at the hourly consulting rate of $32.45/hr or as a purchased add-on. Revision rounds cover consolidated feedback and are not unlimited back-and-forth.
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided no design work has started. See our Refund Policy for conditions after work has commenced.
yourdesignerwithin is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from design services. Our total liability in any circumstance is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Orleans County, NY.
