This Refund Policy applies to all design services purchased from yourdesignerwithin at yourdesignerwithin.com. All services are digital and custom-made, which affects the conditions under which refunds are available.
You are entitled to a full refund if you cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase and no design work has started. To cancel, email hello@yourdesignerwithin.com with your order reference as soon as possible.
If work has started but not completed, we will assess the amount of work delivered and may offer a partial refund based on the proportion of work completed. This is assessed case by case and is at the discretion of yourdesignerwithin.
Once the final deliverables have been sent and accepted, refunds are not available. Design work is custom and cannot be returned. If you are unhappy with the final result, we encourage you to use your revision rounds to reach a result you are satisfied with.
If you believe your situation is not covered by the above and you have a legitimate claim, please contact us at hello@yourdesignerwithin.com. We will do our best to resolve disputes fairly.
Refunds are not available for: completed and accepted work, rush delivery fees (once work has started), or add-ons that have been delivered. Consulting hours are non-refundable once the consultation session has taken place.
Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Stripe processing times may vary.
