All services at yourdesignerwithin are delivered digitally. There are no physical products and nothing is shipped. Deliverables are provided via Figma file sharing, email attachments, or download links depending on the format and size of the project output.
Rush Delivery add-on reduces the timeline by approximately 50%. This requires a fully approved creative brief within 24 hours of project start.
Your project starts when payment is confirmed and the intake questionnaire is submitted. We will send the intake form within 1-2 business days of your order. Timelines do not begin until we receive your completed brief.
Timelines assume client feedback within 48 hours of each review delivery. If feedback is delayed, the project timeline extends proportionally. We will always communicate any timeline changes in writing.
Depending on your package, deliverables include: Figma project files, exported PNG/SVG/PDF assets, style guide documentation, component libraries, and written handoff notes. All files are organised and labelled for clean developer handoff.
Figma files are shared via Figma link or exported and zipped. If you require source files in additional formats (AI, PDF, PNG, SVG), the Source Files Pack add-on covers this.
