Wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes. Test before you build.
Add to projectUI/UX design is the discipline of making software products that people can actually use without frustration. It is less about making things look good and more about making sure the right thing is obvious, the wrong thing is hard to do accidentally, and the overall experience leaves people feeling capable rather than confused.
The process starts with user flows, not wireframes. Before drawing a single screen, we map what users are trying to accomplish and what they need to see, decide, or do at each step. That map becomes the structure every screen is built on.
Wireframes establish structure and hierarchy in low detail. High-fidelity design adds the visual layer. The gap between the two is where most UI projects go wrong, because designers skip wireframes and jump to full-color mockups where visual decisions mask structural problems. We do not skip wireframes.
Figma prototypes let you click through the design before any code is written. For complex flows like onboarding, checkout, or multi-step forms, a working prototype is essential for identifying problems that are invisible in static screens. We deliver prototypes that cover the primary user journeys and the most common edge cases.
